The Online Examination (Preliminary and Main) for the upcoming Common Recruitment Process (CRP CSA XVI) for Recruitment and Selection of Personnel for Customer Service Associate (CSA) Post in the Participating Public Sector Banks will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) as per the tentative schedule provided below

The CSA will be eligible for allowances & perquisites as per rules of the Participating Bank in force from time to time.

Please note this reallocation is only for the conduct of examination and the candidate will be considered for vacancies in the State/UT applied for, as aforesaid

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

 

Nationality

A candidate must be either –

(i)                a Citizen of India or

(ii)             a subject of Nepal or

(iii)           a subject of Bhutan or

(iv)           Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India

 

Age

Minimum: 20 years

Maximum: 28 years

i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1998 and not later than 01.08.2006 (both

dates inclusive)

Reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities

the Persons with undernoted categories of disabilities as defined in the Schedule of

RPwD Act 2016 and notified by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with

Disabilities (Divyangjan) from time to time.

Important: Government guidelines regarding definitions, relaxation etc. are subject to change from time to time. It is expressly clarified that any person who is employed by any branch of the armed services at the time of submission of his/ her application cannot be considered as an Ex-Serviceman unless he/ she fulfils the prescribed conditions in the notification.

 

 

Application Fees

Application Fees/ Intimation Charges [Online payment from 01.08.2026 to 21.08.2026, both dates inclusive] shall be as follows:

Rs. 175/- (inclusive of GST) for SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/DESM candidates.

Rs. 850 /- (inclusive of GST) for all others
